Vetting Applications

Parents or guardians wishing to work or volunteer in Scoil Carmel will need to go through the Garda Vetting process. Applications are submitted electronically in a process known as e-Vetting. Before this can commence, all applicants must manually complete the NVB1 Vetting Invitation Form and submit it to Scoil Carmel.

Please see the steps involved in beginning the e-Vetting process:

  • Adults over the age of 18 must complete all sections of the NVB1 Vetting Invitation Form

  • Please click on the NVB1 form

  • Bring the relevant completed form to Scoil Carmel with 2 forms of identity

  • At least one form of identification must be photographic

  • Please click on the Identity Document Schedule to clarify what forms of identification are acceptable

  • Applicants under the age of 18 must also have a completed NVB3 Parent\Guardian Consent Form

  • Please click on the NVB3 form
